The chakras are points of energy that are located in different places in the body. There are 7 main chakras and each of them has a specific role. Lack of energy , severe fatigue, fits of nervousness or panic, some of your chakras may be blocked. In order to find a good emotional balance, it is therefore important to take care of it.
What is the role of the chakras?
The word chakra means “wheel of energy”. A very specific energy swirls around the most important parts of the body. Here are their different roles:
First Chakra : Muladhara is the Root Chakra . It is located at the level of the perineum. This chakra has a key role for Man, it symbolizes the unification of spirit with matter.
Second Chakra : Svadhisthana is the Sacral Chakra, it is found between the pubis and the navel. He is the guardian of our life force and helps us with our sexuality.
Third Chakra : Manipura is the Solar Plexus Chakra . It is located in the middle of the abdomen where is the center of our emotions, our desires and our instincts.
Fourth Chakra : Anahata is the Heart Chakra , it is found at the level of the sternum. It is linked to unconditional love and has a crucial role for vital organs.
Fifth Chakra : Vishuddha is the Throat Chakra . It corresponds to the neck but also to the vocal cords. This Chakra is associated with self-expression and communication.
Sixth Chakra : Ajna is the Third Eye Chakra . Located between the eyebrows, it is directly connected to the brain. This Chakra is related to intelligence and intuition.
Seventh Chakra : Sahasrara is the Crown Chakra or Crown Chakra . It is located at the top of the skull and is connected to the universe. It allows us to open our higher consciousness.
What is the most powerful chakra?
The Root Chakra , located at the base of the spine, is arguably the most powerful. Linked to all the other Chakras, it is a bit like the command center of our energy system . When it is out of order, it can have an impact on all of our Chakras.
How do you know if a chakra is blocked?
Sore throat, feeling of not moving forward in life, unexplained stress or joint pain… When a Chakra is blocked, the energy can no longer circulate. This can lead to physical ailments or a characterized malaise. Each chakra has a specific stone that can facilitate its opening during your meditation sessions.
